The program includes the following:

  • Part Time or Dedicated Office Space – Get away from home every week and use the office coworking space to conduct business, collaborate with other members, conduct meetings or even hold seminars.
  • Bi-Monthly “Staff” Meetings – This group is limited in size and twice per month we meet to review progress on growing our businesses and challenges we face.  Each person is accountable to their plan and reviews progress with the group, just as if we were all heads of departments for one company.
  • Mentoring – Because the group is all focused on mastering similar skills, informal mentoring takes place when we are working in the same environment.
  • Collaboration/Joint Ventures – When you are doing Internet Marketing, being able to leverage other people’s networks and resources when both parties agree can help boost website performance and sales.
